By this order, the Department is re-selecting Colgan Air, Inc., d/b/a United Express (Colgan), to provide subsidized essential air service (EAS) at Staunton, Virginia, for the two-year period beginning May 1, 2009, at the annual subsidy rate of $1,911,466. (See Appendix A for a map of the service area.)
