General Comment

To Whom It May Concern:

Thank you for the opportunity to review the Department of Education, 34 CFR Part
222, Impact Aid Programs; Proposed Rule document.

In January 2008, Onslow County Schools submitted the Section 8002 Impact Aid
Funding application for the first time. As we work through the initial steps of this
process, our system is not in a position to adequately provide feedback to the
proposed changes.

We look forward to having the opportunity to complete our initial application cycle
and would be willing to provide feedback after that period.
