The is a Comment on the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) Proposed Rule: NPRM: Passenger Screening Using Advanced Imaging Technology (Federal Register Publication)

I have not flown in more than 2 years since being improperly touched and fondled by a TSA employee. I served in the military to defend the rights and freedoms of this country, only to come home to find the TSA taking both away.
I am being denied a right to travel freely in the US by an abusive agency. The TSA is providing an effectual Hobson's choice, either give up your right to be secure in your person for a strip search or give up your right to travel in this "free" country.
A strip search, by either machine or government hand can not be a mandatory requirement to engage in a constitutional activity.
The TSA needs to return to pre 9/11 security, with accepted and effective metal detectors and ETD. Only then, when probably cause is determined should any type of physical search of a person be conducted.
