Please review the attached document. I have worked with Siemens Health Care and several customers which are in leadership positions and have committed millions of dollars to achieve the electronic record. HealthAlliance is a leader in these efforts and is well positioned to achieve meaningful use, however, we see many areas to improve the initiatives related to meaningful use.
