I do not support the NLRB’s attempt to force businesses in America to post a biased notice of labor rights.
While the notice is long and detailed, it completely ignores the right of employees to object to paying union dues or fees for political purposes. It also does not contain any information on consequences of forming a union, such as losing the right to negotiate directly with an employer. Further, it contains no reference to the right of employees to leave a union or decertify one. The Administration should focus on policies that will create jobs and get the economy moving again, not create additional burdens for businesses that seem to only benefit the unions.
