I think it is interesting when all these health professionals think it is important to
know the exact amount of calories in everything. It is nonsense. People just need to watch how much they eat and get enough exercise. It's as simple as that. People were a whole lot less obese when there were no nutrition facts labels at all. this just tops off when these same people really probably do not know how alcohol is metabolized and its relation to the added calories added when taken with food. Alcohol is not a Carbohydrate, nor a protein, nor a fat. It is in a class of its own and is metabolized differently.
