Order 2002-5-22, the Department (1) tentatively reselects Great Lakes Aviation, Ltd. (Great Lakes) to provide subsidized essential air service (EAS) at North Platte and Norfolk, Nebraska, for the period from December 1, 2001, through November 30, 2003; (2) sets final subsidy rates for the carrier's continued service at both communities, retroactive to October 1, 2001; (3) requests proposals from air carriers interested in providing EAS at Norfolk; and (4) extends the date that proposals are due from air carriers interested in providing EAS at North Platte to coincide with the proposal due-date in this order (June 19, 2002) 20 days from the service date.
