Greetings,
As a proud owner of an Arctic Cat Prowler I would oppose any more regulation of the vehicle category. We currently have one of the most useful and practical tools we could ask for. To add additional safety items such as 4 point harness' would just make criminals out of those of us that would not use them. Such safety items are not practicle for working. I will not wear a helmet for the same reasons. To modify ground clearances or make the vehicles larger would adversly effect their trail worthiness. The additional weight created by making them larger would block them from use in many parts of the country due to weight restrictions that BLM and others have imposed. Not to mention the additional impact to trails and environment. Less is more folks. We don't need or want big government "protecting" us. Do NOT regulate these highly efficient and convenient tools out of existence.
