I request an extension to this exemption, Docket number FAA-2011-0581, which allows New Horizons Aviation, Inc. to continue to operate Nonstop Commercial Air Tour flights conducted under FAR 135.1(a)(5), without their own drug and alcohol plan. Pilots for New Horizons Aviation, Inc. who conduct the Air Tour flights are currently on the drug and alcohol plan administered by Aircraft Charter Services, Inc., 17229 CR 42, Goshen, IN 46526.
