Financial Assistance - Wildlife Restoration, Sport Fish Restoration, Hunter Education and Safety; Revision of Title 50, part 80, of the Code of Federal Regulations

We propose to revise our regulations to clarify State certification of hunting and fishing licenses; increase the minimum percentage of funds available under the Dingell-Johnson Sport Fish Restoration Act (Dingell) that States must spend on recreational boating access; reflect changes in the Pittman-Robertson Wildlife Restoration Act, Dingell, and OMB Circular A-102; eliminate provisions that are adequately addressed in regulations elsewhere, and provide FWS Director case-by-case exception authority for these regulations.
