I am against this proposal for the following reasons: 1.as small businesses in a
tough ecomonic time we cannot afford more regulations at this time 2. USDA has not done the necessary cost/benefit study to know how this will impact my business. 3. There are concerns about how the regulations will be written for example will this information become public domain or will it be kept private. Also I feel that an extension is needed because most breeders are not aware of this issue and we need more time to inform them so they can comment.
