The consumer report on glove powder has not been updated by the FDA in 10 years. I am writing this comment on January 5, 2011. Only to learn that I was not able to make comments on my Citizen's Petition that was submitted Sept. 24, 2010 after July 15, 2010. I have been submitting comments about the original petition after jUly. The FDA has serious problems with the organization of the Petition. Such disorganization of the FDA can endanger the lives of patients and health care workers. The FDA needs to be reorganized. It is an emergency!
